KRVN AM/FM Contest Rules
 

1. Listeners are eligible to win a KRVN contest once every thirty days (unless the prize is judged by KRVN to be insignificant), and a prize valued at $600 or more just once every calendar year. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

2. Prize winners must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.

3. Employees of the Rural Radio Association and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in any contests or promotions sponsored by KRVN.

4. Contestants may be required to sign a release form waiving KRVN of any liability for injury or death caused during the contest or by use of the prize. Contestants may be required to present a valid ID or driver's license.

5. All prizes should be picked up at the office of KRVN during normal office hours (Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding holidays) at 1007 Plum Creek Parkway, Lexington, NE 68850. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning or by time designated to each contest.

6. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any broadcasting or advertising material related to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to the acceptance of the prize.

8. KRVN reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

9. Decisions of KRVN station management with respect to all contests are final.

10. Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws.
